Harris Regional Hospital welcomes Ryan Wade, MD to Harris Pediatric Care

Harris Regional Hospital is pleased to welcome Ryan Wade, MD to Harris Pediatric Care August 14. Dr. Wade joins Charles Toledo, MD, Nicholas Jernigan, MD, and Joshua Alweiss, MD at the practice located at Harris Medical Park, 98 Doctors Drive in Sylva. Harris Pediatric Care is also expanding to Macon County August 14 with an office at Harris Regional Hospital Medical Park of Franklin located at 55 Holly Springs Park Drive. Dr. Wade is currently taking appointments made by calling 1-844-414-DOCS (3627). The Franklin office will be co-located with Harris Women’s Care which is also establishing a full-time presence in Macon County.
Dr. Wade completed a residency in pediatrics at the University of Florida in Pensacola after completing medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. While in residency, Dr. Wade served as a clinical investigator in the Division of Child Neurology at the University of Florida/Children’s Neurology Clinic.

Harris Pediatric Care offers a walk-in clinic 8 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday at the Sylva location and 9:30 a.m. to noon appointments on Saturdays for children who are sick and need to see a physician.
