Where can I pay my bill?

You can visit Financial Counseling (located just past the main lobby), pay on the website or by phone at 828.998.2624.

Does my statement include fees for radiology, anesthesia or the ER physician?

No, statements that are sent from Harris Regional Hospital are only for our facility fees. Any radiology reading, anesthesia or Emergency Room physician billing is outsourced and will be sent by another party on their own statements.

Can the payment on my balance be autodrafted?

Yes, call 828.998.2624 to be set up on autodraft payments.

Where can I go to be registered?

Outpatient testing, walk-in labs and x-rays, surgeries, direct admits, etc. can all present just past the first floor lobby at the registration desk during regular business hours. After hours, you will need to sign in at the registration desk in the Emergency Room lobby.
