Joshua Wu, DO joins Harris Regional Hospital strengthening orthopaedic access and care in WNC.

Harris Regional Hospital is pleased to share that Joshua Wu, DO, has joined its staff and will be offering orthopaedic services to patients in Sylva, Franklin and the WNC region. Dr. Wu is the second orthopaedic physician to join Harris Regional Hospital this year as the hospital continues to grow its orthopaedic and sports medicine program.

Dr. Wu will help us strengthen our footprint in this region as the leading provider for orthopaedic and sports medicine care including outpatient rehab services for our adult and pediatric patients. Dr. Wu graduated from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, SC. He completed his residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, VA and a fellowship at MAHEC in Asheville, NC. Dr. Wu is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the Christian Medical and Dental Association, to name a few.
Dr. Wu is board certified by the American Board of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. In his spare time, Dr. Wu enjoys running, basketball, volleyball, flag football, traveling, reading and outdoor adventures.
