Harris Regional Hospital outpatient therapy offers free seminar - Running 101: Essentials for success

Harris Regional Hospital will offer a free educational event entitled Running 101: Essentials for Success at noon on Monday, April 22 in the Harris Regional Hospital boardroom on the first floor of the hospital. Physical therapist Jared Sonnier will present the session. Lunch will be served. Please call 844.414.DOCS (3627) to register.
Running 101 is designed to help runners and athletes of all ages stay active and performing at their best by providing education and tips when running for leisure or in preparation for an event.
Jared Sonnier, PT has extensive background and experience in evaluating athletes and runners. With technology that allows Sonnier to capture and study a runner’s gait, athletes can receive a plan of care tailored to their specific needs.
Harris Regional Hospital’s outpatient therapy department provides a wide range of services and locations to treat patients that need assistance with vestibular rehab, lymphedema, orthopedic issues, pediatric therapy, occupational therapy and much more. The department is located on the first floor of Harris Regional Hospital and also sees patients at the Harris Medical Park of Franklin and Swain Community Hospital in Bryson City.
