Having a baby is an exciting event. Preparation for childbirth helps you to be fully involved in the birth of your baby. Taught by certied childbirth educators, this class will prepare you, the expectant mother and your loved ones with the facts about labor and delivery including both information and techniques to handle the labor process. This series should be started by the 7th month of pregnancy.

Having a baby can be a new and exciting experience, but can also be a little scary and overwhelming! Our newborn care class covers newborn appearance, behaviors, comfort techniques, safety, diapering, bathing and more.

This class is designed to help older children prepare for the arrival of their new sibling and is suitable for children from ages 2-10. Class will include interactive hands-on activities, a tour of our Mother/Baby unit, and training on what to expect when the new baby arrives. Certificates will be awarded to all participants.

Mothers and their new babies, from birth through the crawling stage, are invited to join this popular class. Mothers share their joys, frustrations, questions and concerns as they make new friendships and receive positive support for their role as a mother.
