As part of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Harris Breast Care will set-up their Tree of Hope in the first-floor lobby at Harris Medical Park at 98 Doctors Drive in Sylva on October 1st to honor and remember breast cancer patients.
The traditional Tree of Hope event will not be held this year due to COVID-19. Instead, after the Tree of Hope is set-up, Harris Breast Center invites breast cancer survivors and family members of breast cancer patients to place cards on the tree with names of those being honored. The tree will remain in place throughout October and community members, patients, and staff are all welcome to place cards on the tree at any time. If you cannot fill out a card in person, the below form can be filled out. The Breast Cancer care team will then use that information to fill out and place cards on the tree in person on your behalf.
