Our Wound Care Team
Our team of compassionate, friendly staff have advanced training and expertise to heal chronic wounds in as little as eight weeks. We’ll evaluate your wound and then customize a comprehensive treatment plan just for you, with state-of-the-art technology and collaboration with your primary physician, that promotes healing, shortens your healing time and minimizes the risk of complications.
William ‘Billy’ Noell, MD has served as the medical director of the Harris Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Center since 2013 . He has practiced as a general surgeon in the community for more than 20 years, most recently with Harris Surgical Associates alongside Eric Reitz, MD and Joshua Pratt, DO.
Dr. Noell graduated from the University of Arkansas College of Medicine and completed a residency in general surgery at Sinai Hospital of Detroit (MI) after a residency in family practice at Halifax Hospital Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Fla.
